Flavor of India

Come on! I asked for sides that normally come with the order, and now it's become this long arduous process of getting these sides. I get my order delivered at 6:50 pm: Wouldn't it be so much easier to just deliver the sides we asked for when you deliver the food we asked for? Well it seems not... so we need to have this: I call you after we get our food and you say "we will get it to you in 25" and then I wait the 25, then I call you then you say "oh they will be there in 15" and then it's more time.

I finally call and ask... is there any way you could just deliver the sides I asked for in my order when I get the rest of my order? The guy says "we are busy, driver will be there in 15 minutes." And hangs up.

It has been an hour (7:50) since my food has arrived. Still no sides.

I just spoke to the manager, a very polite woman. And she said "15 more minutes please"... and so! It's been an hour and 12 minutes since my incorrect delivery. How will this end?

The food is delicious... but come on! If I ask for a side, wouldn't it be easier to just bring it with my order? When I asked for it?

But no... you have to make me call three times and make your poor driver make an extra trip just to deliver out of his way something that was clarified AN HOUR AGO IN THE ORDER.

I order food for here a lot. I'm not thrilled they added a delivery fee, but otherwise the experience is great. Their food is very tasty - the korma is a bit less sweet than I wish, but tikka masala and butter chicken are both great. Naan breads are all good. Good lassis. All in all very solid Indian food.

Love this place. To be honest, twice we ordered and the nana was burnt. But that has never happened before and we order from here a lot. So I can't knock them for it, everyone has their off days.

Great portions, great flavor, great people!

Seriously my favorite, I always order from Flavor of India when I am in their delivery area.

The Chicken Korma is the best! Wish they had ala carte option for curries without rice.

I LOVE this place. The food is always delicious and they deliver pretty fast. Great quality of everything, especially for the reasonable price. I order from here weekly.
